I have been shopping at Alibris for books and music for many years (about 12) and up until the last few weeks I have never had any problem when ordering. Beginning a few weeks ago, every single time that I try to purchase something the checkout system tells me that there is a problem with my credit card. I re-enter the original card details and it then works for that purchase but the next time I try to order the problem repeats. This is an Alibris system problem that someone needs to fix. It is also frustrating that there is no 'phone number given where I could actually talk with a real person. If you give me a 'phone number, please do not connect me with a so-called "AI" robot. Thank you.
I have been using Alibris for more than 12 years and the experience has always been good. I almost never need to go anywhere else for books or music. Thanks Alibris.
