Easy to use, very complete catalogue
First, I'm so accustomed to free shipping via Amazon. To not only have to calculate shipping into the equation, and then have to have it apply to each book is more than I wish to do. Furthermore, it would be most helpful to be able to consolidate companies in the beginning, and from each company have greatly reduced shipping for multiple purchases.
Having 2 different shipping costs is crazy. Just ship them together for one price. The priced are expensive as it is. The shipping is 3-13 days as well, so it's not like it gets here fast. Not reasonable.

I Started with a $15. Dollar coupon or free shipping. I got neither!
Having there be a $5 discount advertised for email signup, but it's only after you sign up that you find out it's for a purchase of $50 or more. Just kind of slimy.
Alibris is wonderful. To bad some of the libraries that work with Alibris do not pay attention to the orders and send the wrong book. Any how, it is a very good customer service when I got a refund for sending me the wrong book and not having to return it. Thank you very much Alibris, for sure I will recommend you.

One of the books I was ordering was shown at $7.18, before I could purchase it -it was removed from my cart. If the book wasn't available at that price it shouldn't have been offered. Ending having to pay 13.95.
