I tried to order these items from another company was was frustrated by their system and their insistence on setting up an account, and then rejecting my information repeatedly. This may be a one time order, but if I need or want other books I will come to you.

I shop on line a lot, so I cannot always remember if I have an account with the company I am ordering from! So, to make it easier, if I could put in my email it would instantly show I do have an account at this company.
Biggest problem is that we don't always receive book even when Post Office says it was delivered.
