Pretty great experience shopping on Alibris. Had to cancel an accidental duplicate order, but it had already shipped. Alibris customer support was very understanding and emailed me a prepaid shipping label for the return. Plus instant refunds on items that were not shipped for one reason or the other.

It's nice to support local book stores, but it's often difficult to determine is a particular item is in stock or on the shelf. Shopping multiple stores is getting quite costly with the price of fuel for your car, as well. Shopping at Alibris is a breeze. I've depended on them for quality products and reasonable shipping for many years.
