I have just ordered this book. In entering my name and address for my shipping so far is just find.
Don't know why I was unable to pay with paypal. Gotamessgae that paypal didn't recognize my address so payment wouldn't go through. Address shown was same address I have used for 25 years and was correct. Finally switched to paypal credit card, same address. Sale went through. Because I am disabled, this little snafu, causing me to have to get up from wheelchair and computer to retrieve wallet and credit card, return to wheelchair and computer to retry sale caused by unexplained error [not on my part] made shopping experience a little bit frustrating for me... a newly disabled person...
Would like to see shipping from the same seller to reflect that in the shipping price.
