I only wish that there was an option for the someone to notify me when the items were received/ or expect to be delivered.

Trouble placing it. I have two accounts and it tells me something is wrong several times before it goes through.

Super easy to find what I needed, checkout process was super quick and easy.

I was able to change my shipping address but the billing address.

I'd open an account to "save time" next time but I CAN'T DEAL WITH ONE MORE PASSWORD!
So, this 76-yr-old gal will continue to shop as "guest". You guessed it!

I ordered a set of used paperback books to be read in sequential order. Expected them to look used. Was very impressed to see the books are brand new. Package was sturdy and order did not take long to arrive. I saved money and got a nice set of books.

No frills. Quick and easy. Delivered in timely manner.

I like the site, just don't order any books with the little delivery truck on them, they might not be in stock, even though they're listed.

Shopping here is great; always find what I want, even though I do not think you will have it: too old, obscure, not popular, etc. Thank you for the wonderful inventory and for making a purchase quick and easy.

Very difficult to know when the free Alibris shipping applies as it shows up in the cart as if the shipping charges will be charged. The whole thing took a long time. Also could not find shipping policy for Orca if I ordered more than 1 book. Need more transparency on shipping!

The site is easy to use and tells me what I need to know about a book, particularly the condition of the book and the number of pages.

I hope free shipping would be calculated and reflect on total before we actually proceed to payment. That kinda made me hesitate cause I don't want to pay for S&H. Thank you

I have always loved shopping on Alibris. I first started in 2007 when trying to find decent prices for textbooks. It is 2024 now and they remain a great resource.
