It wasn't a shopping experience. It was an online. What is there to say? An experience is going to a bookstore, where you can chat with a clerk about the books you're purchasing, hear some of their recommendations for things you never thought you'd be interested in, and feel like you've connected with someone who has a sould. This was purely an online transaction. The books are not rare or hard to find. The prices were fair. The forms are not difficult to fill in. I'm not sure what kind of "experince" you imagine a person can have on a website. "Easier than doing taxes on line." (?)
