From my experience, you are using Alibris because you are looking for a product that is hard to find and the price of the products I have ordered have reflected that. What I have purchased are basically full price or even over full price but the quality is excellent and the shipping is crazy fast. Great experience, great product, great service. If you are having a hard time finding a product and you see it on Alibris, you will get a great product through this service.

I had to reset my password. I had books in my cart which "disappeared"? Why? When I searched for them the Cumulative Cloth "uses" edition was no longer available - coincidence? Or?

Received a polite and intelligent reply to the issue - it was what I expected - lack of foresight in the computer programming which left the item off the website. Nice to do business with a company that sends a comprehensive response!

I found a sheet music book I wanted and even for the low price, it was shipped quickly and in great condition. I'm impressed.
