Bought the 1993 edition of the Narnia box set. Came fast, properly packaged, in great condition, and at an amazing price.

My experience ordering from Alibris has always been positive. On the rare occasion when there was a problem it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I was trying to extend my subscription for another month or pay the extra for the 120 day rental. I was routed to Vital source then back to Alibris. There is no customer support. I had to purchase the entire book again which does not seem right. There should be an easy option to extend the rental for another 30 days but there is not.

Ordering process was easy. However, delivery took longer than expected. I thought it would be faster especially since it was only going from NV to CA.

Overall well done. Happy with the price and proper straight forward order procedure.

I am happy with the ordering and delivery process. I thought the price of the book was fair and the description of the book was adequate EXCEPT: the book smells of stale cigarette smoke. Ugh. It is repugnant. I'm reading the book in spite of this as I have a deadline to finish it by. But this experience, my first time purchasing a used book, has really turned me off to ordering used books online.

It would be helpful to be able to include a message when sending a book as a gift.

Book came too late for me to take on a trip. Otherwise everything was great.

I've been using Alibris for years. Originally looking for specific book editions for myself, now looking for children's books. A great way to support small book shops across the country. Find rare or out of print books. Save money by reading perfect quality books without big prices, and going "green".

I love the book I ordered. Unfortunately, one of the books I ordered showed on the web site available but the order was canceled because evidently the book was not in stock. But the other book was perfect!

Having to change the shipping address twice is unnecessary.

My overall experience was great! My husband was in shocked with it and loved it! I love it too. It arrived after my anniversary (April 12), but it was not a big deal.

Ordering was very easy. Also, I was able to find the CD that I wanted at a great price!
