I saw that there was a book store, with various names, having most of the selections of a title I just bought. I looked it up and it is Half-price Books, a national chain with 120 stores.
I buy from Alibris so as not to support corporate stores, but independently, locally-owned ones. I was highly disappointed to see HPB on Alibris, and urge you not to let them sell on this site. Only by directly supporting small businesses, at the exclusion of corporate ones, does our culture and economy stand a chance.
