I've only had 2 problems that were rectified with Alibris and the shippers over years of using them.
I've used Alibris for years. Usually find all I'm looking for and within 10 minutes it's ordered. I've ordered and sent friends books and movies while on the phone with them.
I think there was one incident years ago that there was a shipping problem and it was rectified with refund.
I've used other sites but always use Alibris as my go to first choice.
Although I got a message about how to qualify for free shipping, there was no indication that I would get free shipping until after I had entered my payment information. Would have been much nicer to know I was getting free shipping any time before committing my payment info. Best would have been a message (similar to the how to qualify message) telling me that I did qualify for free shipping.
I find what I am looking for 95% of the time. Love Alibris
