I had a terrible time finding why this book was not shipped to me in the first place because I had paid for it. Finally I went to my account and saw that what I had paid was reimbursed. Getting around in Alibris is tooooooo difficult. I had emailed you about not getting the book, but now I understand, but it took me toooooo long to find out what I needed to know. I dread shopping with you.

It is very confusing. One minute it shows.99 books and then the price increases. It seems dependent on if the site is accessed by a search. When you get to the site it is different. Seems that the CODE is only for $50.00 orders. This is not indicated when you sign up. It took a lot of work to place this order. I am buying these books for my Adult Education class as a gift. This is out of my pocket expense.

I rarely have problems getting books it often depends on the shipment source. The free shipping and The discount range can be confusing. To get the maximum discount of $20 (when it occurs) you must spend a considerable amount. If you choose more than one book you get free shipping only on books that have the little truck logo attached and the delivery fees can add up per book. These are the main reasons I at times hesitate purchasing an item that may be cheaper but adds up once the shipping and tax are included driving me to another site like Amazon where I do not pay shipping and often get a purchase quicker making up for the higher (sometimes not much higher cost).

This seller advertises vhs but then details 2 discs. What will i get? Many items are listed as vhs by this seller but I believe someone entered data incorrectly. I am in Canada shipping to me woulod be closer to $20.
