I really object to having to establish an account for what will be a one time order. Also, the shipping address and the billing address are different, but I a separate billing address was not an option, so we'll see if the order actually gets placed.

Best on-line books (and others!) service ever! If the book is out there somewhere - you'll find it. Not as fun as shopping old book stores but a lot less frustrating when you're looking for something specific!
