I accidentally hit a wrong key, but was able to get to my cart again.

Your website does not have a "cart" button anywhere. The only way to get to your cart and checkout after shopping, is to choose a "dummy" book and add it to your cart whereupon the checkout option appears in a popup. Then you have to go into your cart at checkout and remember to remove the "dummy" book before checking out. Very inconvenient and not user friendly.

Very satisfying. Always get what I want at a fair price, a thumbs up.

Love this site - finding what I want is usually easier than in the library, and half the time no local library can find what I want!

Found book. Reviewed the options. Picked one. Paid easily. Entire process from thinking about the book to paying took about five minutes. That's hard to beat.

I don't like you adding the same shipping amount for a second item, when both will be coming in the same package. Perhaps a discounted shipping amount for multiple books?

Ive been ordering from Alibris, for longer that I remember. Ive loved the selection, and have shelves of books. Many purchased through Alibris. Ive always been satified w/ the prices, selection and service. If it sounds like an endorsement ad, I suppose that true. But prices are great, service as well, and it one of 2 ways to buy books I will always use.

I ordered a copy of R. F. Delderfield's "to Serve Them All My Days" which was described as a first edition copy in very good condition with a very good dust jacket. What I received was a "book club edtion" as stated on the dust jacket and the dust jacket was anything BUT very good. There was a tear on the lower left corner of the dj and the back inside flap of the dj was torn almost to the top of the dj. This was supposed to be a gift for an English gentleman who had ties to Oxford but I was not giving him a book like this. I contacted the folks who sold the book and they said "they were new at this" and would try to do better in the future.

I shopped around and Alibris had the best price. It wasn't great, but I took what I could get. Delivery was pretty quick.
