Finding the item I was looking for, and finding a reasonably priced used item were easy. The CD case was broken, however. This happens almost every time I order a CD.

Alibris is a great site to buy books, especially used. For this particular order, I chose a new book. While I didn't save as much money (this time) ordering new, I did get the latest edition for less than the list price.

I had ordered a book from Alibris and sent it to a friend in Washington, DC. The next order I made, on June 9 was Third Millennium Thinking that I ordered for myself. Unbeknownst to me, my friend's address had become the default address instead of my own and thus the order was sent to my friend and he had to be inconvenienced to send it back to me. I tried everything to stop the order. Calling your contact phone number is simply exasperating because it is entirely automated. Moreover, despite my e-mailing you with the request to redirect my order to me, you did absolutely nothing to do that. Of course, your sellers are simply a phone call away from you. Were you concerned with customer service, you should have been easily able to help me. Worse still, I was successful in ordering another book from you a few days ago, and I ordered yet another a day later. I had changed the address to my own for the first book and believed that my own address would now be the default address. Instead, although I tried unsuccessfully to erase my friend's address from my Alibris address book, I inadvertently again processed the order to a book meant to me but addressed to my friend. Again, I did everything I could to stop or redirect the order, but again got absolutely no help from your customer service. My friend is again going to be inconvenienced in sending this book back to me. At the very least, the buying customer's address should be the default address at all times. Also, you have made it impossible to receive timely hep for an issue like this. I did finally receive instructions from you on how to delete an address from my Alibris address book. However, when I wrote to you the second time and got nowhere to a request that should have been addressed in a few minutes, I informed you that I would never again do business with you. I am sure that the loss of a single customer (even a prolific book lover and purchaser like me) means little to you. So be it.

Was excited that the book, I was looking for was in ebook format.
The only way to find this series is in paperback. A couple of them are still available new, other titles the only way to find them is used and sadly not available in ebook.
Every book I'm looking for, I can find at this site. Prices are excellent.
