I ordered a DVD, and it took 4 days to let me know it was out of stock. Now I have to reorder it, and have the money debited from my account, yet I haven't seen a refund for the previous purchase? I've used Alibris since 2001, and used to even sell on it. This is extremely poor service for 2024.

Ordering was easy. Removing an item from the order was not as easy. I had to go back several pages and hope I could remove one of the items. I was prepared to start the order from scratch but the going back 3 pages allowed me to remove one item.
