Please do not use Yodel or Hermes/Evrie as delivery agents as very poor service and they often lose items or say have delivered when they haven't!
First I had to change my (long unused so forgotten) password, instantly losing the books I'd reserved. Then found the ones I'd reserved were no longer available at anything but an exhorbitant amount. So I waited, returned a day later only to find it nigh on impossible to update my home address (we moved four years ago). Am now expecting to hear that the parcel is being sent to the unpleasant people who bought our old house or that my old address has been used for billing, leading to the bank cancelling the order.
As expected; hopefully I will return to alibris uk.
Using the site has been good but one book I ordered has been shipped to a completely wrong address, but that's the seller's fault.

I have had to create a brand new account with a new credit card in order to purchase a book because my long standing account began to reject my payment, request it again, and in the process each time tripping my banks security procedure so that i had to call my bank each time to reset it. My original account remain in suspension because I am afraid to use it again and go through the same machination. I a Max Rapkin, *******@mac.com
