Site is loading very slowly and often returning errors. Other than that, no problems.
About 30% of the time on Alibris these days I order and then get a message that one of the books I've paid for isn't in stock. I've previously really liked the site, but it's starting to become really inconvenient. I'll do all I can to avoid Amazon, but having to rebuy and rebuy the same book (as I had to do four times to acquire the Handmaid's Tale) is a chore I'd rather do without.
Excellent... my only concern is that the £2.99 shipping from the USA to the UK (which is very reasonable) will either mean that I receive the book sometime in two years time, or else I will end up just getting a message next week saying "Sorry, we actually meant to meant to charge you £XX. XX". In addition, with buying something from so far away, until this book is in my hand I will almost certainly be worrying if my money will go missing!

I did not tick the right box about which credit card I was using i. E. visa or mastercard. I got an error message but lost the input of my number which was irritating.

I do not appreciate that you offer a PayPal payment option but then still require a credit card submission and force payment onto my credit card!
A very dubious business practice that defeats the use use of Palpal while forcing credit card payment only in my view.
This is the second time I have given such feedback. So why bother having a Paypal button at all? It gives me cause not to trust doing business with your company.

Very straight forward BUT I hadn't noticed that there was an option to check what edition of a book I wanted after my 3rd purchase here. Maybe make those options more noticeable

Very good but how does one delete an invalid shipping or billing address?
One slight improvement so you won't be labled/libled as Amazon, quote the shipping cost as one selects an item and don't just chuck it in at the end.
This is very tedious, and if you want my opinion, I wld not choose your coy as a first choice.
I always get four prices and alibris is quickly sliding off my list of coys to get prices off for exactly the reason I have stated above.
Well, I saved approx 25% from other quoted prices, but it has taken me hrs to delete, chk the postage on each item individually, etc, etc, quite tedious.
Will I sit through this experience again? I think not.
