The sellers are more often than not, the same seller with different contact names. The prices displayed do not match what you are presented when you get in touch, and most of the time, you cannot purchase directly (you have to send message to seller).
The quality of at least the item we purchased was far below the quality of our current product from Taiwan, and other listings on Alibaba were higher cost than we sell the product for.

Buying from Alibaba is quick and easy, my only concern is shipping, I prefer to know shipping before committing myself to buy. Not to buy 1st and be told the shipping fee later. My other concern is shipping fee itself, which on some item shipping is higher than the item itself.
Easy to link up with appropriate vendors, I feel safe and protected. It is easy to do business and understand people so far away, after sales service is equally great!

Ive used Alibaba many times over the years and have never had a problem. All the items have arrived as described and quickly. I have only ever interacted with sellers and I have never had to get Alibaba involved in a dispute apart from asking for a couple of refunds and there has been no problem and the refund has been issued promptly. I like the chat option as its so easy to get hold of the sellers who in my experiance have gone out of their way to help. I highly recommend!
