In the past we have had some pretty shady suppliers that have given us a very low quality. If you are unsure always get a sample before placing large orders. It's easy to use, and the suppliers are very helpful. For example, i ordered of 3 different suppliers, and they all kept me updated on the product and showed me pictures of the product as it was being produces. This made everything go much smother, and i can concentrate on other aspects of my business, like designing my website.

The website opens every single click in a new tab sometimes prompting the user to sign in again and that's unprofessional. The messages don't sync consistently with the mobile app. More action needs to be taken to remove scammers and badly rated sellers from the website.
