Supplier sells me defective stuff and I submit a refund with a video and they just close my escalated query with no feedback.
Do not buy expensive product especially electronics, you will not be able to get help from their customer suppor evert, they will just tell U that customet is their priority-THEY WILL JUST BE BULL$#*!TING YOU by telling nice words. They dont keep a record or your text conversation with customer support to back up your complaint.
I would give a 0 rating if it would be such a thing, I made an order with post delivery trade assurance and order arrived it wasn't the material which I asked for and the products were damaged and this trade assurance is always on the sellers side and told me again and again that i have to negotiate and this took me already over 6 months and still no results
I bought some goods on Alibaba platform and used Trade Assurance.
I had a contract with Hopora Shenzen Co. LTD for supplying the goods DDP, door to door in 2,3 weeks but the goods didn t arrive. The representative sale of the company trick me and not answering to my emails.
I asked Alibaba because I used Trade Assurance to mediate this case but only robotic answers like Please wait patiently.
I asked for refund because is more then 2 months and never happen but the same robotic answer.

I have a issue with ZOEE Electronic Co. Ltd. Who is " 4 years Alibaba member" (LOL) I made a payment 4 times in the last year. First time in cash, and the rest via bank account. Seller claimed that devices will turn off after 30 minutes but they won't. I have an evidence (video). Seller claimed devices turn off in China normally, but I'm not in China. After all, last month, when I was in China on my business trip, I test 2 devices and they didn't work. I already return 200 devices and got new devices with the same issue. I was so reasonable to help the seller and try to reprogram over 200 devices, not to return them back to China just to avoid sellers shipping cost. Above that, I faced with lots of disturbance and distance between transmitter and receivers is too short (not as described) so devices are useless for me. I have all emails between the seller and me. Tried to contact seller via emails and Alibaba message center, only reply was that the company updating devices. It was 2 weeks ago. When I asked for a refund, no word from the seller. Obvious, he try to avoid warranty. Since I paid for them, I don't have time to wait for an update. I ask for a refund. When they make an update, I'll buy those devices again. If they are as described. In attach you can find 3 out of 4 payment. Fourth was in cash. Seller avoid warranty with lots of lies even I have bunch of evidences. Alibaba scammers decided "both side responsability". I lost $7000 and ZOEE scammers walk away freely. DON'T TRADE WITH COMPANIES FROM ALIBABA and especially ZOEE electronics.
We had very poor experience with Wendy Huang from Guangzhou Meishang Packing Co., Ltd. We place a customized samples order with them for their cups. The cups arrived late and were leaking. Wendy Huang was rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility she accused us for lying and said that we meant very little to them. This company and especially Wendy Huang is a disgrace to the Chinese people and China.
Shenzhen JKN Battery Co., Ltd. sold me two lithium batteries they came with no connections, just two leads and no charger, it cost about 800 dollars and an extra 280dollars to get them running and charged. They lasted one weekend and failed. They both don't work now. Don; t save money, buy local at least we have laws and warranties. They just said to try new battery management systems and get a tech to fit and they may work.
I spent $1800. 00, plus $745 in customs fees for a 1.5 Kw off grid solar generating system from Foshan Tanfon Energy through Alibaba. Now the system will not produce enough power to run an electric drill and Alibaba tells me it is too late to get any help.

I contacted this company ( SAMYAK INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD) NEPAL. I ordered a Tibetan singing bowl, they sent me a singing bowl as a sample in the beginning later they asked advanced payment for my order. I sent $ 2000 for a 5'' 500 units of Tibetan singing bowl they said me they will send it within 20 days. It was on FEB 2017. But they never shipped my order. I waited for another month i tried to contact them on Skype they never talked with me and i sent several emails but they never replied. This year i could not start my singing bowl business on amazon. I will search for another reliable supplier from Nepal.
Once alibaba has your email address they will never stop spamming you no matter how often you try to unsubscribe. Best option is go somewhere else because these folks are rude and relentless.

If you don't want to lose money
Ordered a sausage stuffer, inner workings were rusted, equipment was impossible to clean, and the stuffing horn was about 1 foot from the ground. No way possible to put the machine on a table to stuff the sausage. You have to be 2 feet tall to stuff your sausage. Disappointed, lost about 2000. 00. They won't return my call. Poorly made product. Buy American! :(

Answer: Alibaba does not offer any protection from either scams or mistakes. Dispute resolution to them is you lose your money or pay more money and then lose it. Only pay with CC and then give alibaba 1 chance to fix then dispute with CC company and get money back. IMPORTANT in contract state that you get a full refund of any monies if their are any problems.
Answer: I would echo Hugh K's comments. Never ever rely on Alibaba whether the supplier is trusted or gold whatever. Insist on paying via PayPal. Ask seller to send you PayPal invoice and before making payment, call and confirm with PayPal if you are protected by PayPal in case seller doesn't deliver as promised. Answer: This is what they tell you but in fact it doesn't happen. Alibaba only look after their traders. The traders buy gold supplier stars like we buy lollipops. Gold star supplier means nothing. Ghangzou Mega Beauty firstly showed 3 stars, the following week 4 stars, following week 5 stars and the next week 6 stars. I complained to Alibaba who don't care as long as they get the money. Now DHGate do not release the payment until you receive your goods. Buy from DHGate to ensure you are not scammed.
