A transaction is complete only when the product reach destination. I received notice that transaction was complete when product was shipped. I had to contact supplier who was very collaborative. But this put in doubt the mechanism. This need to be adjusted. You can copy on Aliexpress.

The other way round, I have liked the shopping experience, being able to meet with those suppliers who are trustworthy.
