I recently purchased 10 Linkuan Led drivers from a supplier on Alibaba. At first i was hesitant, as it was the very first time i was buying something from a foreign website. But their trade assurance feature was something which gave me a feeling of backup in case my order was not met with what i was promised by their supplier.
Under Trade assurance there is 1) Payment protection -Trade Assurance will cover all payments made during the ordering process up to 30 days after you receive the goods.
2) Product-quality protection - Your order will be covered in the event that the product(s) do not match the details outlined in your contract with the supplier.
3) Shipping protection -Your order will be shipped on time according to the details of your contract with the supplier. In the event of a delay, you will be eligible for a refund.
4) Protection period - Your order will be protected up to 30 days after you receive the goods.
So overall i am very satisfied with their service.
I receive exactly the product ordered and a lot faster than I expected. The Romanian customs had some requests and the seller helped me solve each one of them.
