I have had mostly great experience on Alibaba. It is important to look carefully at companies. Many do not use their own pictures which can be deceiving. I have received so many beautiful, great quality products, but also ones that looked nothing like the pictures.
I do not always expect perfection, but it needs to MOSTLY look like the picture, the couple orders I have receive that do NOT look like the pictures, I have been able to work out a deal with Alibaba and they are really helpful.
Customer service is everything and I believe they understand that.
