Payment was easy and straight forward. Once payment was verified by seller, Ultrasonic Homogenizer was immediately manufactured and sent to Australia within a few days. Device was packed thoroughly and neither I have found any scratch nor something broken. Manual was provided as print out and as a pdf-file. Device is easy to handle and is fully operated in English. Seller's service was excellent since I was continuously provided, without any further requests, with information about product (documents, videos, demonstrations via web), shipping details, custom clearance (AWB, etc) and freight forwarder. In summary, I felt quite happy about about seller's support and service and strongly recommend the company "Nanjing Safer Biotech".
Transport cost appear to be very hight and we had to pay an extra 35 $ for delivery from port of entry to our place even though shipping cost have been payed fully in advance.
