My experience with this order was superior. Penny is excellent and is very attentive to the customer. I will continue to order from them in the future.

My first order was a breeze to say the least. The whole ordering process went through easily and safely. The app is fast and easy to use. Moreover, the messaging tab is very easy and helpful to use and communitcate with your suppliers. Overall a very fast and easy way to get what you need.

Alibaba is a page that offers us commercial support for our international transactions. The bad thing about alibaba is that the buyer must be the one who puts the term and report of the arrival and receipt of the goods and not the seller

Plz... be ware of that theifs... just a big cheating factory...
I had requested 1 trial container plywood 2time hot press.
They sent me cheapest bad quality finger jointed.
When i fighted with them.
They sent me 2 bundles. Suppose to be 2 times hot press.
They sent me 2 bundles 1 time hot press extremely pooor quality... i will attach the photos for that.
Pleas. Be ware of that busters

I've placed several orders with different suppliers and will continue to do so. I specially trust their Trade Assurance feature and their supplier rating system, as I feel confident that Alibaba is providing enough supplier information and that they will back me up in case of an issue. This reflects on the treatment I receive from suppliers, as it's evident they want to be in good standing and comply with Alibaba's policies.

Took a little to get used to navigating the site but they have lots of great features and I highly recommend them.

Now was my first shopping experience with Alibaba, but all is easy, large selection of goods and my first seller was great. I can only recommend:-)

While I haven't had to use the trade assurance, it's nice to know that there is a recourse if a deal goes south. So far the site has connected me with a great supplier for my product.

This website is very user friendly, I was able to search and find supplier with minimum effort. All the supplier I contacted were able to answer questions and solutions for my business, I will continue to use this platform for my futures shipments.

The swich between the web in Spanish and the International web is confusing.
The App in the Iphone is not well sincronize with the computer in the Messages. I have sometimes to go back to the iPhone to find and finish a start message conversation.

I am sorry to tell you that the polarized glasses did not work at all (getting darker did not work)
