A buyer should have 3-6 months to review a product after it is received. What are they are traveling when it is delivered, and they dont even open the box until 60 days after delivery?
Also, the dispute process is run by an entry level person in China that has NO CLUE on how to problem solve. They need someone that is educated, sees the big picture, and can apply common sense to resolving disputes.
