Great service
Made an order. It was shipped by a terrible shipping company called Aramex that doesn't notify the assignee that the goods have arrived in the country and the amount to prepare taxes. Called them up to have them initiate the tax clearance process and they lied in their system noting that they tried calling. About a fortnight late already they deliver to the wrong location, even though I had provided them the delivery address. In their system they lied again saying the reason the goods were not delivered was because the payment was not prepared. This is not true as they didn't even reply to inform us of the amount to prepare for the tax. Goods arrived too late and a deal was lost. Late liars working with Alibaba are bad for business. I will make sure to request to not ship by Aramex. The worst shipping company in my decades of trade.

Alibaba wants to help you and support you in having any claims? But wait until you try to use it. I sent 5 hours today without success in making a claim. My bank does not have a swift code to return my funds, so they won't file my claim? They won't talk to me, and when Anna comes on she has no idea what the heck she is doing! Let them find a source but never use there service!
