Alibaba has been the best thing that happened to me. I have been bringing in containers of goods from China for about 10 years now and yet I have never been to China. Its been awesome. The feature I love most is Alibaba Trade Assurance. When you order through trade assurance, vendors tend to offer their very best services because they dont want a bad review for their company. I am so pleased with this. I hope Alibaba.com will continue to give their buyers more security features like trade assurance and more.

Alibaba charges a credit card transaction fee. I don't mind the fee, but I have tried countless times on numerous orders to obtain a receipt for the fees, to no avail. It is hard to reconcile credit card bills against our budget as we need to keep records of all charges on our company credit card. There should be live help and all you have is that automatic bot response which is never... I mean never helpful.
Alibaba has made it extremely easy to order from factories or companies in China. I believe they try to make it as safe as possible, but you also have to be wary and use common sense. Reputable vendors have a longer history, gold supplier badges and Alibaba also offers Free Trade Assurance for those making the purchase. I am very impressed that Alibaba has been able to pull this off and help unite businesses on this Global B2B platform, as well as uniting our two countries (USA & China) together. You guys are doing an excellent job!
I have come to trust and rely on this company for the core of my business. I never have to worry if I am being taken advantage of or if corners are being cut. If their is a problem, they step up and take care of it. What more can a buyer ask for? Wish all of my suppliers were as easy and fair to work with.
