After days of looking for a supplier who could offer a great product. With the trade assurance and ready to ship buttons helped me get quicker a great supplier. I ordered and got a great product. I think the system alibaba has to get better suppliers and order safe with trade assurance is great which helps the customer feel safe ordering. I think there is still room for improvement in many aspects such as shipping since many suppliers take advantage of shipment to ask a lot of money. Doing my research of what product I wanted to buy I found a supplier who asked two thousand dollars of shipping while others only asked two hundred. ALIBABA is a great trading place and what would make it the best is obligating all suppliers to have shipment prices in their products since it makes it easier for the customer.
There was an issue with logo printing and seller promised a redo but no proof/update, but opening a case with Alibaba seems to help get things moving along. The redo was great. It makes me feel safe to trust Alibaba for more purchases. Thank you.

Great platform for B2B purposes. I found some great quality products and was delivered on time. I personally feel the communication was responsive and productive which is why it made the products come out the way i expected it to be.

Bought a blower $501 dollars and when it arrived from the "supposed factory" it looked like it came from a back street shop and not from a factory. The "supposed factory" then provided pictures to me that made them look to me like as if they were a big factory with impecable production line but when I disputed the issue with Alibaba they then provided pictures trying to convince Alibaba that they were a back of an alley street shop and not a factory contradicting themselves and lying. I provided ample evidence that the blower looked like a used blower that had been repainted with a spray can and over rust and dirt BUT Alibaba took the factory side and left me hanging.
I then disputed the issue with my bank and I got a full refund which Alibaba still trying to dispute even though it is amply obvious that the blower was used and not brand new.
Alibaba will take the side of the factory when it is a little guy fighting or disputing anything and the amount is large. Alibaba is unfair and can not be trusted. They assurances mean nothing. Protect yourself at all times when you are an small buyer because Alibaba doesn't care about the little guy.
