My experience with Alibaba is not very good when I have issues. There is no one to actually contact and talk with, only emails back and forth. Live chat sucks and my issues have never been resolved with live chat agent. Alibaba marks an order as delivered automatically within two weeks once supplier says they have shipped the order whether you received the order or not. This action starts the clock for trade assurance which is good up to 30 days after order has been received. However, you have not received your order. I don't understand why they would do that and especially once told that the order has not been received why they do not change the order status back to waiting for delivery. I am definitely looking for another company to deal with because I don't like dealing with a company that doesn't provide live agents to discuss problems with orders.
