Perfect for everyone. I was a first time buyer and the process was easy to understand. The payment process were great too.
For the most part the web site insures the buyer. But you might have language problems with seller but this is usually not a problem. Sometimes time is a problem for orders. But the web site seems good.
Though service is very good but money transfer by credit card is painful on it service charge. Because no other online business site take service charge for transfer of money by credit card.

You can fined every thing you want on Alibaba. Even the shipping forwarders. Prices are different but definitely you can find high-quality and good price products.
I have used Alibaba.com to find products for my shop, communicate with suppliers, and order product samples. The site is very easy to use and I can find a wide variety of high quality product. S
Mrs. LI LY, at Guangzhou Dailusha Trading Co., Ltd, sold me a machine that never worked. I contacted them & they sent a video. I was able to get it to work only intermittently. It would work once, then not work the next time. They kept giving me different things to do and it was finally established that the handle on this machine was faulty. (There was a small screw that would drop out, causing it to malfunction) They promised to send a new one, but never did. They also stopped answering any of my emails/messages on Alibaba. I finally went to customer service with the complaint, but by then, my warranty had run out.
Save your money, I lost $1600 with Alibaba. I did have customer service contact me when I'd posted a negative review on another site, saying they'd look into it. That was 3 weeks ago and now, no response from them either. So besides the dishonest vendors, Alibaba's customer service doesn't do anything to rectify problems either.
The products are great, and more than that, the service is of quality too.
Sellers do their maximum to provide the product we need and want, and they do it in a truly professional way.

On some invoice, I have received there nothing mentioned about shipping cost- just the goods price
It means no tax for shipping
Unfortunately, Alibaba considered shipping cost MUST be on invoice as long as lots of other invoices do not mention it on invoice
