Product is exactly as described. There was great communication and supplier was able to send these to me on time.

The Gazebo Pergola came very secure and well packaged. The Pergola is made of heavy duty quality aluminum. The customer service agent, Jessie, went well above her job to assist me with my order whenever I had a question. In All I am very happy with my order.

Patio furniture cushions were well made & manufactured and shipped quickly. Customer service by Emily was excellent, as was her English!

The lights are very bright and the way the new lights attach to the mounts makes it a much easier installation. Couldn't be happier.

I give a 5 stars to the stores you can purchase directly from that do not hide their REAL price and lie in their adds. The ads on Alibaba should be regulated so much more. Fraudulent ads should be deleted. That is false advertisement, and criminal. There is no way to report the stores that are being criminal. This should be a main concern of Alibaba. Obviously it is not. I understand they is shipping cost, But when you asked for a quote and the quote is 100% more than what is advertised without shipping, that is an issue. Then again when they tell you oh that's the 2017 prizes, does that make sense to anyone.

This was our first experience buying in Alibaba, and was great beyond our espectations, our supplier was A+++, the communication, the respond time, the delivery times and the quality of the product were excellent. Very pleased with our experience. We definetly going to do more business with this platform. We hope to find more excellent supplier for future business.
