So far, I have had two Customer Representatives, I lost contact with the first--I lost her address and forgot which representative I was dealing with--but she was truly terrific. Then I began my relationship with the second who is also a very wonderful person to deal with and I have a great working relationship with her (Nora). These two alone provided me with a high level of respect for the staff at Alibaba. Next, the products...
As for the products, in general, they are quite good, even excellent. However, given my situation, the cost is a bit of an issue. I am retired and the cost is not covered by my medical here in the US. However, the cost is overshadowed by quality and service.
In summation, I recommend Alibaba's store to anyone who is in need of their products.
