I always have good experience with Alibaba and its verified suppliers.

Le sedie per quanto riguarda la tappezzeria non sono molto rifinite al contrario di quello che mostra il video del produttore.
Inoltre 15 sedie sono arrivate danneggiate (piedi deformati, vernice abrasa) a causa dell'imballaggio troppo debole per un viaggio così lungo. Mi dispiace: esperienza negativa da non ripetere.

I made an order on this site and the seller sent my stuff which I still haven't received after weeks of the agreement and its been a month now. Alibaba are always on the seller side so if you buy from them the trade assurance doesn't exist!

I have been scammed on this website as I still don't have my order which was over $900 and they haven't given me a refund either!

It was easy to find a supplier for what I needed, and Alibaba managed the whole transaction to make me feel secure doing business directly with a Chinese company.

Trying to work out how the site works was confusing, but I asked for help from my supplier, who explained everything, and will now be using this site again

It was easy communications with the supplier, the English language needs more improvement.
Overall it has been good service.

My experiece is not bad. I have seen the sealers who was not serious in sale and have gold supplier medal. I expect that Alibaba have more control over the sealers and swipe away all those ruin the bussiness
