Working with the vendors was a pleasure. But the way the site works is not terribly intuitive. Also when we got the invoice our "transaction fee" isn't accounted for. This is something that just doesn't make sense. It doesn't reflect our total bill that was charged to us. Technically we could dispute the charge since there is no record. So I would suggest adjusting that in the system immediately to avoid this action.
I had a great time working with your agent. The language difference was a small barrier but after a few conversations back and forth we were able to finally come up with what I needed. Perfect size and good quality locks. Will make an ideal replacement on the cabinet.
We were a bit concerned when we first started thinking about using Alibabi. We were concerned about the service we would receive. We were pleased to see that Alibabi has systems in place for us to determine a supplier's service in advance of using them. The trade assurances, factory reviews of products done by Alibabi and customer reviews were there for us to consider. This resulted in us picking the right supplier who gave us absolutely excellent and timely service. We settled on Yiwu Motty Garment Co., Ltd. as our first supplier and we have now had a second order with them because we were very pleased with the product itself and how little time it took to get to us. Our customers love the clothing.

This site is so helpful for sourcing. It is nice and easy to communicaate with the selected suppliers.
These are C-Beam actuators, available in lengths from 250mm to 1500mm, in 2/4/8mm lead. The price is unbeatable, and I am very happy with the quality. The packaging was considerably robust, so my order arrived with zero damage, and with the actuators individually packaged, so resale would require very minimal effort. Only issue I had was that a tracking number was incorrectly reported, but the vendor resolved the issue very quickly and courteously, and I got exactly what I ordered.
The picture I've attached varies slightly from the standard product, but these are customizations I am making for my specific application. The products did arrive exactly as depicted in the product listing.

To write a review about Alibaba itself. Its still not easy to navigate and find what you need. Suppliers still have some English issues. Also the message module is not effisient, to be able to sort and categorize the different messages is a need. It has become better but is still not as good as using your email system. Paymnet and contract/ security is a benefit.
Alibaba.com is invaluable for international product sales and purchases. Alibaba is easy to navigate, and is very business friendly helping buyers and sellers connect in a wonderful way. I am so pleased the Alibaba.com exists, and hope they continue serving the world.
