Don't buy computer from Alibaba You won't receive it, they are good in communicating but as soon as they get your money they are gone. Don't trust them
We're very happy to deal with products that supplied via Alibaba. But we mind that Alibaba and its suppliers should add detailed description and size specification on the weesite, if you would like to increase businesses with Japanese companies. We need to match our own gift packages according to the material/size of supplier's products. Only rogh information and blur photo of product are not enough for buying decision.
I hope thit would work for better buying experience.

No good communication with Alibaba
I do not like it when talking,,, to a robot, need an e-mail to talk to someone in reality.
Be careful, if you are buying as an individual you will pay a lot for shipping, taxes, and transportation

Before the product was shipped they made contact through Whatsapp and confirmed the order and delivery details. They also made frequent followups to ensure I got the product and that all was well. The product I bought was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It also worked first time with no problems. I would certainly buy from this supplier again.
The misleading comments from "professional reviewers" of the "cheap chinese´s Amazon" are not true, the purchases so far has been on time, an the quality of the products are spectacular.
I got my supplies, quite quickly in fact. The only downside is the price of shipping. Another thing that would be nice is email updates, so I know when something has shipped. Sitting here waiting for the shipment to reach the US is nerve wracking.
