We have placed multiple orders through Alibaba with mostly good service from the suppliers and manufacturers. People need to understand, if you do not place a Trade Assurance order from a verified supplier then their is nothing Alibaba can do but rate that supplier as a bad seller. My advice, pay the extra 2% fee, use a business credit card to pay for your orders, never wire money to anyone, and if the order is not delivered or is not correct contact Alibaba directly for assistance. We have had no issues but we only use Gold level syppliers with trade assurance!
