So far, shopping on Alibaba has been going well. I think they should warn EU customers that because of Covid-19 the faster courier can lead to a huge price increase because the customs fee is calculated based on the price of the product + shipping if shipping costs more than 22 and, as of January 2021, even if shipping costs below 22 it will always be included in the calculation of the customs fee. It is indecent, but it is the law in the EU, so beware!
Once you learn from here and there, how it operates, AliBaba is just amazing. Yes, there can be pitfalls but you don't blame them, you learn and try again. It's a really great place to get anything you need with satisfaction, but you must be smart to communicate and order.

The system doesn't work and I had 2 situations then had to apply to Alibaba.
In the most serous situation, because the value of the transaction and because it was too obvious that was a fraud, I decided to open a dispute. Is not easy and requires several steps and Alibaba.com always decide for the seller.
Don't use Alibaba.com I'd you don't know the seller. The sellers pay and Alibaba.com wants to keep the clients satisfied.
Alibaba has been a valuable resource in locating new suppliers. I really value the services they provide. I plan to continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
