Para la realización de mi primera compra que es una Latop, tuve que pensar mucho en que podría ser un fraude, pero sabia también que alibaba era una plataforma de confianza. Por lo tanto tuve que tome la desistencia de realizar la compra.
Una vez realizada la transacción, espere los días indicados según programado hasta la llegada del producto y haber recibido el mismo. Y ya teniendo el producto en mis manos llegue a tener la confianza total de que es real, y ahora puedo realizar compras con toda seguridad a través de esta plataforma, pero siempre teniendo el cuidado necesario.
We ordered an air track during COVID. We were skeptical (afraid of a scam) but, our transaction was smooth. We happened upon a very reliable seller and walked us through the transaction. The air track did take 6 - 7 weeks to arrive however, we were expecting that time frame. We were able to customize our product to the dimension and colors of our choice. We are happy customers.

Alibaba allowed me to contact several suppliers for a product I was interested in purchasing. After getting quotes from the suppliers, I chose one and proceeded with making a transaction with the supplier. Alibaba alerted me by email when the supplier or other supplier had left me a message and I was completely informed of the status of my transaction as it progressed. There were many helpful people in first transaction on this webisite and allowed me to do so with minimal effort. This full service website is excellent for making any transaction as it is a high quality operation.

I encountered a very bad experience on Alibaba. I paid $******* on Alibaba through their Trade Assurance. The shipping method in the sales contract is Express. However, the seller failed to do it. I had to wait 2 months to get the goods! We suffered a big loss because of the late shipment. But Alibaba did not help me anything to get the refund or compensation although i submitted all the sufficient evidences. Alibaba promises thousand things if the customers use their Trade Assurance, but when a dispute happens they will not support anything. The dispute process takes extremely long, then finally you will get the answer that you can not get a refund nor return the goods. So stay away from Alibaba if you do not want to lose money!
As a first time user Alibaba I was unsure of what to expect but I am now very happy to say it was a pleasure and wish I had used the site a long time ago. Great communications and very quick turn around times I could not have asked for more. The quality of the product is far better than I expected
