Alibaba is for buying usually big volumes of stuff so you need to contact a custom clearance company of the customs entry port of your country and pass the goods through customs. The custom clearance company will deliver the last leg of the transport. Alibaba like eBay for wholesalers, and is an intermediary so you should check the reviews carefully. In my case it was all good!
I have ordered the wires to use as nose pieces to make face masks. Seller was very helpful, replied very quickly and professionally. I asked to cut the wires longer than usual, and it was done as I expected it! I have placed the order on July 3rd, and had the package in my hands in Alaska, USA early morning July 13 (that included production time, custom cutting, packaging, preparing shipment, sending it with UPS, flying to US and delivering to my house - very impressive! Especially considering that some of these days fell on the weekend days). I recommend the seller and their products!
