I pusrchased 270 incense burners from a supplier. And paid 810$ without shipping. But he sent me different designs and sizes than what i ordered and: they were smaller and lighter. 19 of them are damaged. And no invoice has been sent.
I opened a dispute to get an amount of 150 which would be the least difference value bwetween my order and what i received.
The supplier offer to refund only 50 $. I refused his offer.
And sent photos to the dispute team showing that we agreed about specific products. And that i received something else.
And sent them fotos of the damaged goods.
But they closed the case by no refunding me nothing.
And i still didnt get any invoice of the supllier.
Since the seller, after paying the price of the 2 shoes and the postage, asked for extra money for the shoes, which I refused to pay, the price of the shoes was returned. Unfortunately, due to the transaction fee, I only got back 285 Euros instead of the 311 Euros, what I paid. The attitude of Foshan Chengying company and Alibaba is terrible. I think the difference should have been paid to the Foshan Chengying company and this is so fraud, alibaba. Comm will help you in this instead of protecting customers.
