Good service. Fast shipping and reliable shipping cost. They understand the requirement of a customer and even providing extra service like prep and labelling.
The only problem that I had was they run pretty big, they are so comfortable and I sold out in one day!
Like all experiences, the first experience is the hardest, especially as a consumer used to fast delivery in Canada. I had to remind myself that I was dealing with foreign suppliers and long shipping lead times. I will definitely use Alibaba again. My suggestion to Alibaba is to help educate their merchants on communicating with consumers
I have used Alibaba and Aliexpress for over 4 years and always have great experiences. I find for the most part vendors are eager to work with you and create a great product. If I find communication isn't good from the start I usually move to someone else. I have received refunds without a problem and really love their platform to connect step by step throughout the production process for question and follow through. Remember, no matter where you do business always be thorough by asking questions, give as many details as possible, know your measurements, read reviews and always give plenty of time for processing, mfg and delivery times. If I receive an order within 30 days, I consider myself lucky. I will definitely order from many of my ALIBABA mfgs again and again.

In relation to searching for suppliers, the abundance of them in one way is very good for the choice, in another way you have to take the time to develop your communication with suppliers. I have found that some suppliers are very engaging, informative, patient, and willing to assist, others not so much, but this is where the benefit is - of having the choice. I will continue to use Alibaba as well for the safe buying and guarantees they give to ensure you are comfortable and confident as a first time user. Very good experience so far.

I tried to claim compensation for damaged goods, whereby I was insulted with 20$ compensation. Less than 10%.
Arrived damaged in an intact cardboard box. Alibaba says damaged in transit, I say faulty goods, or at least faulty packaging.
Alibaba says one must check contents before the courier leaves- I say this is impossible.
