It was not clear when the car was being picked up, that there could only be a certain amount of fuel in the car, and I got no message that the car was in town. Service started out great, but then there was NO communication after I booked the service.

Not super fast. Wasn't delivered when promised. Took way longer and office had trouble getting information to us when we asked. Our son had to take 2 days off waiting on delivery that didn't come when promised :(

Website was easy to navigate. The agent (Vinny) was very helpful. I received my car in good condition as promised. I would recommend Alaska Car Transport to anyone who needs his car transported for a reasonable fee and delivered in good condition as expected. Should I decide to return to Alaska, ACT will be the first company that I contact to transport my car back there.

For the actual truck drop off I was not pleased at all. Driver did not verify ID- parked and staged in a unsafe location- center lane of a busy five lane road and lastly did not allow my husband to check the condition of the car before signing. Also- car was NOT dropped off at the agreed ed upon location causing us to walk 20 minutes in a downpour. The trucking company notified us that their policy is if they can't drop at the agreed upon location driver is to drive the car itself to that location.
After calling the trucking company we were informed that he broke many of their policies.
Everything went very smoothly with the vehicle arriving earlier than scheduled. The only change I would have you make would be an addition to the instructions. We did a test run to the port the week end before our drop off date to make sure we could find it etc. There were two signs at the entrance. One said vehicles being shipped and the other visitor's parking. I called to verify which lot my wife would go to since she was following me in our vehicle to pick me up after the drop off. I was told she should follow me into the shipping lanes. It would have been easier if the instructions had said that up front.
My car was well taken care of.
Terrible, you charged too much and gave the wrong date of the arrival. I had to call the shipping company myself to verify my car had arrived. No call back and terrible customer service. I will not be using this company again and I am telling everyone I know not to use it as well as leaving a terrible review on all internet sites I can find...terrible service and a rip off.
