The installers never showed for the appointment. Did not call either. I called the day after the missed appointment and the NC people had no idea where the crew was. Several days later the crew was back in NC with my building. Several weeks later my delivery/install was rescheduled. Just before it departed NC I received a call from those people. They actually blamed me for not delivering the first time due to an un useable site. They did not believe me when I told them no one was ever here to see my site. They demanded for me to guarantee my site was level or they would not deliver it and I refused to go along. I demanded that their crew was lying to cover their own butt for not showing will never use you again and will tell everyone about my bad experience.

Delivery of goods was not good. Time agreed was in the afternoon. Asked the company to keep us informed as delivery was going to be at hunting camp. No delivery was done at 6.30 pm and we could not reach the company. We left and only received a call around 7.30 pm that they would be at the camp in half an our, they insisted on delivery and were extremely rude.
Luckily some other hunters were still at the camp. They wanted to charge $ 150.00 as the camper was placed back and they had to build it over the camper. At the end other people around moved the camper.

The people that build the carport told other people on site that I should have ordered extra re-reinforcement beams because of the height of the carport. That was not advised on your website when I ordered or the lady that called me to confirm the order.
