If you want a great deal on a high-quality product and don't mind waiting 2-3 months for a company to manufacture and install; than don't look no further. This company produces a high-quality product with fast professional installation at a great price. A professional team of three men showed up in the middle of the summer (90 + degrees) and install our 20' x 31' carport on an existing concrete pad in a little over two hours. This company provides great customer service; which is seldom seen or heard of these days. We are truly impressed with this company's products and customer service that we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a carport or shed.

I had good experiences with everyone i dealt with through the process at Alan's Factory Outlet. And i like the carport. It seems well built and the installation itself was quick and easy.
As my possible delivery date came closer, i called to see if they had any idea where i was on the schedule because i had a lot going on at the time and was trying to make sure i could plan around the delivery. Customer service at AFO directed me to call the manufacturer, North Carolina Carports. I called them once a week or so for like 3 weeks once we passed the 2 month expected waiting period, trying to check on if they had any idea when i would come up on the schedule. And through the 2-3 people i talked to each time getting directed around. Most of them immediately caught an attitude and were rude. One lady blatantly hung up on me. I was trying to be courteous the whole time but was really rubbed the wrong way with the customer service from the manufacturer. I like the carport, and i like AFO, but if i ever need another carport, i think I'll be shopping elsewhere.
