If I could give it lower that 1 star I would. The support and feedback is horrible. Do not waste your money! I am trying to get a refund with no success. Spoke to someone on Facebook eventually with them not even knowing how to apply for a refund. As you can see on my attachment its not even giving me an option to scan an app for footage that I lost. Iphone already have the deleted items but I needed to recover footage from filmic pro.

They will not refund you unless there is a problem with their software...I have a program that doesn't work for me. Don't buy from these people it's not worth the trouble. The moral of this is always read the vendor's refund policy.

The service does not work, if you email them, you get a bot everytime, worst customer service, They wont give you a refund and make you run circles,, After 10 emails or so, the bot says they will give you 50% back,,, then when you go to your bank and get a full refund,, they come back and offer you 80 $% refund,, dont ever buy anything from this company... youll be sorry.

Aiseesoft Studio software is an example of insanity. Aiseesof t iPhone Unlocker did work after 20 attempts and got the same failed results.

I wish I had believed th one star reviews. They make it your problem if you don't carefully read the fine print. I have an expensive product that doesn't do what I need and it's just too bad. Don't buy from them. It isn't worth the hassle.

The software doesn't do what it claims
When you ask them for refund they start paying games
First they ignore you for a week
Then they try to ask you questions ignoring your request for refund which they claim they will do in 30 days after purchase

Very problematic and the overall business is run like a scam. They are just trying to rip you off and their money back guarantee is non existent. It is unfortunate that there are still businesses like this in operation.

I replaced the PC but I could not use my license key. I was getting the Error Code 4104. I emailed the support team and the team game two options: resetting the license key or buying the same product with a discount price. In the end, I was able to reactivate the software. What I was most impressed with and was thankful for are the team's timely response to resolve the issue and courteous manners in the email responses.

Their software did not work as advertised, and they refused to refund me my money when I asked for a refund when it did not work. They had me send log files and everything but only said I had downloaded the wrong version of their program (Which I had downloaded directly from their website).
Do not buy, it's a scam

Aiseesoft offers great support for ira customers. My system got some sort of a virus that not only wiped out my main hard drive, but wiped out all my backup drives as well. I tried to reinstall FoneTrans on my replacement hard drive but I got the message that the license key I was using had already been used. It was I, of course, who had used it. I contacted Aiseesoft and explained the situation. They graciously provided me with a new registration key. Yay! I have my music library back. I wish it was as easy to recover other software keys as I try to rebuild my system. I have had more than one software company refuse to reset my codes.

I would give these guys six stars if I could. I wish all companies could deliver the incredible level of support offered by Aiseesoft.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. The product did not work as advertised, it did not do what it was intended to do, and if you ask for a refund… they wait until the product have expired and decline a refund. Even if you sent an email during the period when the product key is still active. I would highly suggest you stay clear from this company, and that you choose another company instead. I wish I would have read the review before buying anything from this company, and I suggest you read through the comments yourself. It is not a coincidence that the have less than 2 stars. Also, the service is not up too standard. Sad

It doesn't download entire albums. Who has time to create albums for 9000+ songs. Horrible & I can't get my money back! I'm very angry at this company.

App did not convert the file as advertised, the company refused to issue a refund. Blamed the file even though I was able to convert the same file with a different application. Don't waste your time on this company. Product was Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate.

Bought the software to back up data on a Samsung Galaxy A12 which is an old phone and a cheap phone. Their software only supported Samsung Galaxy S6 at best. Sorry folks but Samsung already released the S22 and the phone I have the A53. So you are definitely behind the times. I asked for a refund and of course they would not. Should have known by their rating. This company absolutely sucks and I do not nor ever will recommend thieves such as these. DO NOT BUY Aiseesoft products. Support is the worst and software is only for suckers.

I purchased this app as I needed to get back my iCloud photos and I only signed, consented and accepted for the one time payment of 34.80 however without my permission and authorization they have been charging me monthly. I am currently fighting the banks and seeking legal help as I am
Being robbed by this fake company. A robot with a poor English grammar responda a general message with no real human being able to resolve this because of this isn't a real app but a fraud. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy this app.

Awful. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee under the purchase button with no terms and conditions attached or pointed to. Guess what? When you go to ask for your money back under their GUARANTEE, they don't give you your money back. They send you a fantastically detailed work of literature detailing all the many reasons they can't give you your money back and the one or two that you can get your money back for. False advertising and mis-selling at its finest. Don't trust these people. Don't worry too much though, if you have any issues you get one reply from their customer service department every 24hours, excluding weekends, so it's fair to say they're attentive…

Don't buy from Aiseesoft. Their software is worse then any free alternatives such as their iPhone unlocker tells iTunes to wipe your phone which is like paying someone else to watch you do what you paid them to do when a free guide is available from the manufacture. You'd think a software that claims to unlock something would unlock the device but noo~ it just uses the already free software provided by Apple to factory reset your phone.

What makes it worse is if you try to contact their support and ask for that "30 day money back guarantee" listed on their site you will only be disappointed and down a bunch of money as you have to have "a problem with their software" which doesn't include failing to do what the name implies, failing to complete the task due to repeated errors, or even a change of mind.

Do not buy from Aiseesoft, find a free alternative or buy from anyone else as their software and "30 day money back guarantee" are worthless.

I tried to upgrade from the video editing freeware which I had used in the past and was very good. Now they wanted to be paid to do the same thing that used to be free.

No problem I thought it's worth it

They transfered me to something called Aisoft. I ordered and they sent me a code. I went back to the freeware site and there was no place to enter it.

On a simple video edit that should have taken less than 3 minutes I was unable to do anything
Disappointed I spent hours on the web trying to find demos on something as easy to use and finally bought Win Movie Maker 2021.

When I tried to get my money back on the link they sent where there was no place to enter upgrade on the original software.

They sent me a new link for their software and said they could only refund my money if something was wrong with the new software.

I told them I had already purchased another program because the upgraded they sent me would not work
Still would not refund

Hope they enjoyed the $30 bucks they wouldn't refund I'm reporting for Fraud

Aleesoft you used to be a great software but whoever is supposed to be providing updates to your old Freeware (Aisoft) is misrepresenting what they are providing

ZERO STARS. Bought their 2021 Mac All-in-one Bundle, Lifetime license, for ~$137, on an impulse. Not a wise move. Very buggy, ineffective software. Terrible, evasive customer service -- kept stalling when asked for refund, by requesting more logs and tech information about the software crashes. Initial log files had already been provided, and they only offered delays and BS after that. POOR PRODUCTS, POOR SERVICE, POOR COMPANY
