I purchased this software to record an important Zoom meeting, but it completely failed to capture any audio, even though no error message appeared and everything seemed to be working. I followed up with customer support and provided all the requested details, yet the refund was denied, asking me to accepted another product I don't need. I do not recommend this product or company. Proceed with caution.

I made a purchase from this company for access to their software/service. Upon completing the payment, I was supposed to receive a login code to access the service. However, the login credentials were not delivered within a reasonable time frame. Due to the delay and lack of access, I contacted the company to request a refund, explaining that I had not used the service and was unable to do so because of their failure to provide timely access. Despite this, my refund request was denied. This is unacceptable business practice. I paid for a service I never received and the company is refusing to take responsibility. I am requesting a full refund for the amount paid.

I had a disappointing experience with Aiseesoft Android Unlocker. Despite claims that the software provides a "Try-before-Purchase" option, it failed to clearly warn that using it would permanently erase all my data. After reporting this, the company initially denied responsibility but eventually agreed (in writing) to issue an 80% refund — a promise they never fulfilled. It has now been over a week, and they've stopped communicating. This experience not only cost me money but also my data and time. I do not recommend trusting this company's refund policy or support process. Be very cautious before purchasing any of their software.

It's was very bad 👎 experience,software didn't work on moto XT2115DL, they refused to return money by the 30 days money guarantee

Have purchase this software under the assumption that they can help me recovered an accidentally formatted harddisk, 90% of my harddisk contents are not viewable, I have gone back and forth with their customer service, in the end customer service asked me to take an image of the hard disk which is huge, I cannot find any device at home that can fit such size image, then their customer refuses to help further and also refuses a refund, worst customer service for any service provider ever.

BEWARE! Money back not true. I bought to unlock a used IPad seeing their money back promise. After applying Aieesoft software with nothing happening I contacted them only to be informed nothing could be done and my money would not be returned.
Avoid this company with their false claims.

Bought the product and it didn't work for the intended purpose. Customer service (via email, you can't even speak with anyone) will give you the run around and will not issue a refund. Don't waste your time or money on this product!

Do not purchase anything from this company. The claims of what their products can do is wildly inaccurate! Their actual software falls WELL SHORT of what they talk about on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Don't take only my word for it, look at all the reviews….

Aiseesoft Studio is a great software for video editing.
The team provides good support.
I will use it again for the next editing.

I started by using the free version of their image upscaler and then bought credits so that I could do batch uploads and enhance more images. When I tried batch upload it did not work. I got in touch and they emailed me back right away. Within a couple of days, they fixed the issue and now it works great. For some very low res images and some images with faces, the upscaler doesn't work that well. The same with images that have text. But those issues are common to AI upscalers. I love the batch upload and the ability to choose different resolutions. In my experience, customer service was great.

Scam, hidden costs, unethical business practices, false advertising, horrible customer service. This business should be avoided at all costs.

Purchased iPhone Unlocker. It didn't work, They constantly ask for logs which were supplied and then tell me that they don't support what I want to do. Showing a screen shot which I believe to be specially set up for the purpose. Had I seen such a statement I would never have purchased.

It does not work if you don't have enough space. I contacted the company immediately and they refuse to refund.

Fraudsters. Their software tool does not do it's intended job, and even after showing them screenshots they still won't refund.

Recovery software didn't help in my case of blackscreened Ipad and after week of chatting with support they couldn't provide a refund. Waste of time and money.
