DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My son spent all his birthday money on purchasing an airsoft rifle and it broke in less than 1 month. It was a piece of garbage and as everyone else has said here, the guy who "owns" this "company" is a terrible, person to deal with. Go to airgun depot. THey have a 90 DAY WARRANTY! Not 72 hours which is a total joke.

DO NOT ORDER FROM AIRRATTLE.COM. I purchased a birthday gift that I left in the original packaging until it was openend at the birthday party 2 weeks after I received it. The AK 47 electric airsoft gun would not work right out of the box. I notified the company within 24 hours of opening the package that there was a problem. I received a notice that I was outside the 72 hour return period. I received the same poorly written e-mail that I see other unsatisfied buyers have received re: the 72 hour policy. The company insisted that the gun's malfunction was due to buyer mishandling. All I did was open the package -there was no buyer misuse but they continued to blame me for the problem. The customer service was nothing more than a few unhelpful e-mails. "Technical support" was just as useless -with them suggesting that I start disassembling the gun to look for wiring problems. This is ridiculous with a new product. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Buy your airsoft products elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst company ever. My son saved a very long time to purchase a rifle. We ordered it and it came relatively quickly. One of the wire connectors snapped immediately and a battery connector arrived loose rendering the gun useless. There was also an item listed in the instructions missing. I contacted "customer service" (at a gmail address) about returning the item. I received the same rude, poorly written response indicated in all the other reviews. The e-mail stated the problems were due to my "accident." Fortunately, I was able to fix the rifle myself, but I will never do business with this company again.

Thank you to all who have posted here. I had nearly $400 in my shopping cart, about to place the order. I stumbled upon this site while looking up a reviews of a few accessories I was going to order along with the guns.

The 72 hour return policy was absolutely ridiculous, but was willing to take a chance that the company was respectable. After reading the email exchange below, I was shocked by the unprofessional tone and demeanor of the owner, and refuse to purchase here for fear of being treated the same way as previous customers.

I will shop elsewhere, even if it is a few $ more.

Bought an AEG, broke first day, tried to contact "support" -- what a joke. Dealing with Aaron Morgan, the "owner" and sole "support agent" is a complete waste of time. He is rude and basically does a 180 once you make the purchase. Had to call Amex to dispute charges to get our money back (after sending back product with our own money, of course).

The quintessential example of horrendous customer service. Stay away at all costs!

Aaron m., who apparently likes airrattle.com, coincidently has a similar name as AARON MORGAN the OWNER of airrattle.com. You can find his name, address, and phone number through the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for which his business is NOT BBB ACREDITED and has had 11 BBB COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST.

AIRRATTLE.COM IS A RIPOFF. CAVEAT EMPTOR. BUYER BEWARE.

I could not agree with you more! This is an absolute horrible company to do business with. My son also ordered a gun and received the WRONG gun and was told the label on the box was wrong and not the gun. Please! The gun that the company said was listed on the box does not even exists! This is the MOST unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They told us that we could ship the gun back and they would review to make sure there was not any damage to the gun. ARE YOU KIDDING?!?!?!?!? It was the wrong gun and never used! Not to mention the "form" in which they wanted us to ship it back was dumb! I am sure that if we would have shipped it back we would not have seen a refund and they would have resold it to another victim. We contacted the BBB which was a joke and then contacted the Attorney General's office... still in progress. When I told the owner via email that we were going to contact the Attorney General, he just laughed. I made sure I followed through with my actions. If you have ordered from this company with negative results... I would HIGHLY recommend you contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office. Again, HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered a gun for my son as a Christmas gift. When he opened it it was missing the clip. After unsuccessfully trying to reach them by phone (mailbox is always full), I e-mailed them. Their response was that we must have lost it. It took forever to convince them to send a clip. When the clip finally arrived and we put the gun together, we realized the gun was broken. Every response I have received from this company has been accusatory and unprofessional. And they misspell every other word! I have filed a reverse of charges with my bank and have told them that I will not let this go until I have received my money back. I would recommend that if you have dealt with Airrattle you do the same. Fight to get your money back, don't let them get away with this. BTW, the only positive comment listed on this site is actually posted by the owner of the business, Aaron.

My son order a airsoft gun on January 12,2010 and we have yet to receive it. I have tried several times to contact the business to get a refund but have not been able to get a response. I search the BBB records and was able to get a address and phone number. Still no luck. Do not buy from this website... they are crooks...

We purchased an IU-AK47M airsoft gun from this website. Unit broke after using two times. We contacted the site by email and can't get a phone contact for this company. I did find a customer service line but it goes to an individuals voice mail box that is full. Emails returned to us said they do not accept returns afetr 72 hours. We purchased in November for a December gift and they will not replace or repair the gun. Would not buy anything from this site. Person sending emails was very rude, short in there answers. Must be a one-person fly-by-night outfit.

We dealt with this absolutely, unprofessional company last year. Well, i should say my son did. He ordered the gun, and got his shipping #, paid on credit card, and got nothing. When he contacted them they said it was cancelled because we live in canada. My son responded" oh, that's kinda gay, why is that.?" His response from them was shocking and rude! He wrote back and they called him names, made fun of the background on the e-mail, and continued to call him names, and swear at him. I finally typed back, using the same manner in which they bestowed on us. and basically said i expect the money to be credited back to my card. I spoke with my credit card, and they were ready to do a full investigation on this company. I am sickened by their response, and the way my son was treated. I wish i knew where to complain, because i have kept these messages, so, i do NOT suggest dealing with this company EVER!

They suck!

They suck! They sell crap that broke the first 30 seconds out of the box. They won't fix it they want me to buy a new one and keep the old "new" one for spare parts! And pay for the shipping that is as much as the gun! RIPOFF!
