I purchased my nail kit in may and had email a week ago to say had been delivered but when checking it was delivered to Bolton... I live 88 miles away from Bolton in the West Midlands. Emailed and they said tough basically sort it with delivery company... I have no idea who they are and isn't my responsibility to chase items. I'm fuming how they can take people's money.!
Delivery stated 7-12 days, contacted them after 3 weeks and they advised the delay is due to the fact that it takes up to 5 days to safety check the products, which made absolutely no sense. Requested to cancel the order but after ignoring my requests for over a week, they replied advising they can't refund as the order had been dispatched that day. At this point they advised that because I had paid £10 for priority shipping (this was an automatic delivery charge, not something I had selected), they could refund this. A refund which I've still never received and they wouldn't have even offered had I not complained so much. After another 4 MONTHS of waiting, a post office card came through my door saying the order was with them but needed a £25 import fee paying! Not bothered collecting it because I absolutely refuse to pay an extra £25 for an item I've waited almost 6 months to arrive. Their customer service is ridiculous and I even raised a paypal dispute 3 months ago which still hasn't been resolved. Massively regret bothering in the first place.
Stay clear unless you enjoy being scammed for delivery charges, waiting an exceptional amount of time to receive orders and then having to pay import charges
I purchased the items back in April and have still yet to receive the items. Every time I contact customer service they give me another excuse. They even provided a fake tracking number and even changed their name. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!
I ordered a $40 nail kit in April, it is now July and I have not received it. I got emails saying it was shipped, and even tracked it for a while but it never seemed to go anywhere. No one to call, so I'm just out, the money and have no package... never again will I order from a Facebook ad!

Don't bother buying anything from this dodgy company you simply won't get your goods and can't contact them easily, but the money came out of my PayPal super fast no problem with that clearly
I wish I had gone through all these reviews before purchasing my nail kit. It's been 2 months and when I track my parcel it's still stuck in China in the same place for the past 2 weeks now. I paid for express shipping (7-12 days) and it's been 60 days already and god knows when on earth is this thing going to arrive to the UK. I've claimed a refund on the delivery method I paid for but there's just an automated system giving me instructions on how to track my parcel and blaming it all on COVID-19. I wouldn't recommend this website to anybody. It's not worth the hassle.

Scam website, do not buy!
Customer service is awful and my product still hasn't arrived after almost two months. It's coming from China which it didn't state because I wouldn't have bought it if I known. Ripping people off with ridiculous prices when it's probably stuff bought from wish! Also had to pay a custom charge last week for the parcel and it's still not arrived :) Wouldn't bother wasting your money!

Ordered mine 5-10-2020, said it was shipping from USA... still waiting in China to go to USA... OVER 1 MONTH!
I ordered my nail kit on 4/19/20- it is now 6/11/20 and still have not received anything. I contacted them twice. First time they did blame Covid, the second time it just gave me the site to track my order. The problem is there is no current info on where my stuff is! I demanded a refund and guess what! No response! I want my money back NOW!
I ordered the kit received it today 6/11/20 when I ordered on 4/6/20 and need I say less.
Not good, packaging jacked up with no poly gel products.

I seen other comments that people haven't received their products and that they think it is a scam! Well it's not because I have received my items. It is just that it takes a while to process and get shipped. But here it is! And I'm excited to use it! I only gave it four stars because it does take a while to get shipped and half the time, you don't know where it is when you try to track it!
I ordered a poly nail kit on April 29,2020 and have yet to receive my product that I purchased. I received a tracking number that do not exist whatsoever and I have emailed this fraudulent company several times only to get the exact return email pertaining to Covid-19. I am completely pissed and disgusted by the behavior of this fraudulent company not only because I have been scammed out of my hard earned money but this world is already facing a tough turmoil. To whomever this may concern PLEASE read the reviews before ordering anything from this fraudulent company to save yourself from being upset because you will never receive any product that you purchase. In other words ordering from this website is like throwing your hard earned money in the trash and I will be reporting this fraudulent website to the Better Business Bureaus
I order a gel nail kit from this company and paid $7.99 for express shipping. When nothing arrived I emailed and they said express shipping was not an option in the UK and my goods would take 40-50 working days! I am still arguing with them they have offered to refund the shipping but I want the while order refunded as they took my money knowing they could fulfill the order. DO NOT ORDER
Waste of space ordered item never recieved it and now stopped replying to emails. Needs to be shut down this site. Scammers!
They are crooks, I ordered something online and it's almost two months since that order and I still haven't received it. I've emailed them more than a dozen times and am sure the customer service is automated. I had to call my back to dispute the charge and it's still pending. DONOT order form this site.
I ordered this on April 24th they said it'll take 20 12 to 20 days it's way past that and they can't tell me nothing about where my order is the tracking information I gave you his bogus this is a scam
